The retail revival continues to take hold with many more active bidders

In the last of the commercial auction podcasts of the year, George Walker, Ben Hodge and Will Clough reflect on some of the examples of strong retail sales across the country and some of the other sectors enjoying strong demand from buyers and why.

So far in 2021 (after eight auction sales) Allsop commercial auctions have sold £574m of assets, at a success rate of 92%, with a total of 806 lots sold
