Commercial Auction: Feb 2022 market analysis

Episode Summary

George Walker, Ben Hodge and Will Clough reflect on the February market

Episode Notes

The auction year started strongly as predicted so we examine some buyer trends, as a third of purchasers were new to our market and bidding on a range of lots. Some of the whys and wherefores of inflation are also on the agenda.

George Walker, Ben Hodge and Will Clough reflect on a strong day on the rostrum, covering buyer trends, why they bought and illustrating the conversation with some sales examples.
